Pre-Production Prep

Video Shoot
- Execute the shoot as per the approved concepts
- Capture multiple takes, angles, and variations for flexibility
- Ensure on-brand aesthetics, lighting, and audio

Post-Production & Editing
- Edit videos as per social platform guidelines (9:16, 15–60 seconds, subtitles)
- Add music, transitions, brand overlays, motion graphics, voiceover or text
- Include hooks and CTAs to improve retention and engagement
Deliverable: Edited, ready-to-upload videos in required formats
Review & Revisions
- Share edited videos via Drive or preview link
- Allow 1–2 rounds of revisions per video
- Finalize with watermark, brand elements (if needed)
Deliverable: Approved final video set
Handover & Archival
- Deliver all final videos + thumbnails (if applicable)
- Provide a folder with all versions (with/without captions, audio, etc.)
- Optional: raw footage archive for future edits
